Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using MultiRedes (“MultiRedes”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MultiRedes is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps users manage, generate, schedule, and publish content to social media platforms. The Service allows a user to upload a source video, receive an AI-assisted analysis of that video, generate multiple content variants (hooks, captions, and calls to action) derived from it, and — through integrations the user explicitly authorizes — publish that content to connected social media accounts (including, where available, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).

3. Registration and Accounts

To use MultiRedes you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. User Responsibility for Content

You retain all rights to the video, images, text, and any other material you upload to MultiRedes (“Your Content”). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload it, to have it analyzed and transformed by the Service, and to publish it (or content derived from it) to any social media platform you connect. You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, violate any applicable law, or violate the terms of service of any social media platform you connect through MultiRedes.

5. Third-Party Integrations and Account Authorization

MultiRedes lets you connect third-party social media accounts (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) via each platform’s official OAuth authorization flow. By connecting an account, you explicitly authorize MultiRedes to access that account, within the scope of permissions you grant during that platform’s authorization screen, in order to publish content on your behalf and, where applicable, read basic account and post-status information needed to operate the Service. You may revoke this authorization at any time, either from within MultiRedes or directly from the connected platform’s own account settings.

6. Use of Third-Party APIs

The Service relies on third-party APIs (including social media platform APIs and AI/content-processing providers) to function. Your use of MultiRedes is also subject to the applicable terms of service and developer policies of each third-party platform you choose to connect. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or restrictions imposed by those third parties that affect the availability or behavior of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

MultiRedes, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by MultiRedes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use MultiRedes’ name, trademarks, or branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended. As stated above, Your Content remains yours.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use MultiRedes to:

• Upload, generate, or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• Violate the terms of service, community guidelines, or developer policies of any connected social media platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MultiRedes, other users’ accounts, or connected third-party accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior on any connected platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep MultiRedes available and operating correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control, including outages or changes on the side of the third-party platforms and APIs we depend on.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MultiRedes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any action taken (or not taken) by a third-party platform with respect to content published through MultiRedes. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except as required by applicable law.

11. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate your access to MultiRedes, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or a connected platform’s policies, or if required to do so by a third-party platform whose API we rely on. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your connected accounts at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of MultiRedes after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
