Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy explains what information MultiRedes (“MultiRedes”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the MultiRedes platform, and how we use, store, and protect it.

2. Account Information

When you register for MultiRedes, we collect the email address and password you provide (your password is stored hashed, never in plain text). We also store basic organization/workspace information you create within the app (such as workspace name) and metadata about the projects, videos, and content variants you create while using the Service.

3. Information Required to Connect Social Media Accounts

To publish content on your behalf, MultiRedes needs you to connect a social media account (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar) through that platform’s own official OAuth login screen. During this process, the platform may share with us basic profile information about the connected account (such as a display name, account/channel ID, and profile picture) so we can show you which account is connected and let you select it when publishing.

4. OAuth Tokens / Credentials

When you authorize MultiRedes to access a social media account, the platform issues an OAuth access token (and, where applicable, a refresh token) scoped to the permissions you granted. We store these tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and only use them to perform the actions you requested — such as publishing a video or checking the status of a publication — through that platform’s official API. We never see or store your social media account password; authentication happens entirely on the platform’s own login page.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate your account and let you log in securely.
• Process the video and content you upload (analysis, generation of content variants).
• Publish content to the social media accounts you connect and explicitly authorize, when you choose to publish.
• Show you the status and history of your projects and publications.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service.

We do not sell your information or your connected accounts’ data to third parties.

6. How We Store and Protect Data

Account data and project metadata are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level tenant isolation, so one organization’s data is never accessible to another. Uploaded video files are stored in encrypted object storage. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, as described above. Access to production infrastructure is restricted to the operators of the Service.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate MultiRedes we rely on infrastructure and service providers, including cloud hosting, database hosting, object storage, and an AI provider used to analyze video and generate content variants. These providers process data strictly on our behalf, to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

8. Social Media Platform APIs

When you connect a social media account and choose to publish, MultiRedes sends the relevant content (video and/or caption text) to that platform’s official API on your behalf. Each platform then handles that content according to its own privacy policy and terms, in addition to this one. MultiRedes only requests the API permissions/scopes needed to perform the publishing and status-checking features you use.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data, project data, and connected-account tokens for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a social media account, we delete the corresponding stored tokens for that account. If you want your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will process the deletion, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal or security reasons.

10. User Rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can disconnect any connected social media account at any time, either from within MultiRedes or directly from that platform’s own account settings, which revokes MultiRedes’ access to it.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

MultiRedes uses a session cookie to keep you signed in after you log in. This cookie is essential to the operation of the Service (it is not used for advertising or third-party tracking). We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
